You retain full ownership of all files you upload to our service. For privacy and security reasons, all uploaded files are automatically removed from our servers within 8 hours of conversion completion.

If you subscribe to our premium services, billing will occur automatically on a monthly basis. Refunds are provided only under limited circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features through the end of your current billing cycle.
